JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The customer service role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, answer client queries, keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long run.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers

  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts

  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion

  • Communicates client needs and demands to the employer company

  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics

  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals

  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients

  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service

  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines

  • Keep records of client transactions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have an Associate degree

  • Financial or COLLECTIONS Services Experience is a MUST.

  • High organization skills with keen attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and independent with a proven track record for meeting and exceeding monthly goals and quota

  • Effective and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Customer-focused and a team player.
