JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The customer service role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, answer client queries, keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long run.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers

Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts

Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion

Communicates client needs and demands to the employer company

Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
-
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
-
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
-
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service

Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
-
Keep records of client transactions
REQUIREMENTS
-
Must have an Associate degree
-
Financial or COLLECTIONS Services Experience is a MUST.

High organization skills with keen attention to detail
-
Self-motivated and independent with a proven track record for meeting and exceeding monthly goals and quota
-
Effective and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Customer-focused and a team player.
