As a Customer Care Specialist, you are responsible for providing our customers a world class experience through excellent product knowledge and in line with designated standards.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- At Least 1 year experience.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills / Team player
- Must have good customer relation skills; A calm demeanour, but also the confidence to offer customers a better solution when available and the enthusiasm and energy to assist our customers in finding the products they need.
